Our Unio garden suite was designed to match the exterior of the primary home on the property, with sloped/curved rooflines and a combination of light grey stucco, dark grey hardie panels and black trim. It was designed inside and out with accessibility as a top priority to accommodate elderly parents to move into, with no-step covered entry, elevator access, wider hallways, curbless shower and reinforced walls for grab bars.
